A life-changing and eye-opening experience. For years, I tolerated the big box "eye care" experience due to the convenience and "affordability." However, after moving to N. Andover, I decided to seek a new eye care provider, and fortunately, I discovered Family Eye Care and Dr. Patti. Today, I have an entirely new perspective on eye care and the importance of finding a practice that takes the time to educate its patients and invests in the latest technology to ensure its patients receive the best care. No dilatations and puffs of air make the experience even better. Unbeknownst to me, I have been tolerating FINE contacts, as I've been wearing the same brand for a decade. Now, I have a new look on life and have learned a great deal about my eyes and how to care for them and adequately handle my contacts to ensure they feel great! I can't give this business enough of a positive, glowing review. Everything was so easy, everyone was so caring and so wonderful, I actually look FORWARD to my eye exams. They made my glasses perfectly which hasn't been my experience at other places, and the billing was exactly as explained, which again, hasn't always been my experience. I cannot say enough glowing things about coming to family eye care!!
I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Richard because she was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She didn't just recommend a different contact lens brand and solution - she also explained why the ones she recommended were better than the ones I had been using and showed me some of the equipment she used. Their office hours are not standard, but they start so early that it's possible to go there in the morning and still get to work on time. Everyone else I interacted with in the office was very helpful and friendly as well.
