New England Community Acupuncture in North Andover is the best of the best!

I’ve been going over a year now and it absolutely helps my chronic pain. I have fibromyalgia, bursitis, arthritis, carpal tunnel, and so much more unfortunately.

I see Caitlin for my acupuncturist but you can see anyone at any time, which leaves a huge amount of availability, even on Saturdays.

Caitlin is a true healer. She listens and works with you to achieve the best possible results. It’s extremely relaxing and the chairs there are amazingly comfortable.

The front desk staff always makes me feel welcome and like I’m family. I look forward to seeing them as much as I do Caitlin!

I made an appointment to have acupuncture and cupping done to help clear up congestion in my back. Dave was attentive to my needs. My back feels so much better now.
NECA has a sliding scale for payment of $30-$50. Cupping is an additional $25. You must inform the front desk what you would like for treatment if you want cupping done. They use small gauge needles that are individually wrapped, which is nice and sanitary.

I've seen huge improvements with Caitlin at N. E. Community Acupuncture. I saw her several years ago and went back when digestion issues popped up again. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, the space is comfortable, and the pricing allows me to go regularly. I loved it so much my husband started going and has seen big benefits as well. Plus, I always get my best night's sleeps after acupuncture. Thanks Caitlin!

I am a regular patient here and I am so glad they exist. Someone had given me a gift certificate to try acupuncture for my health issues. Years later and I still choose to go here. A lot has cleared up over the years and new stresses of life get introduced but I always feel relaxed and refreshed after a session here. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also I am afraid of needles (which is why I was confused that someone got me a gift certificate to this) but these needles are nothing. If I can handle them, anyone can.

The staff at NECA is knowledgeable and accommodating to the needs of their clientele. Acupuncture has helped my chronic pain and digestive issues in just a couple of months. The prices and atmosphere are great.

My absolute favorite place to be, Caitlyn is the most kindest, sweetest, most amazing soul I’ve come in contact with. If anyone needs Accupuncture I HIGHLY recommend her 1000%

Having visited many community clinics, NECA excels in its true clinic feel. They have probably 2000 square feet in an accessible building filled with close to 20 massage tables with very generously padded foam and bolsters, in addition to 12-15 recliners for treatments. There are large fabric curtains you would expect for privacy in a clinic (but few have!). There is plenty of sunlight with windows in all the rooms, in the second floor clinic. New England Square Community Acupuncture is first clinic I have recommended for differently abled or elders with poor mobility. The parking is plentiful just avoid the construction in the parking lot. The providers are just as skilled as downtown clinics and they use proper needle technique sanitation practices with need insertion and removal. It is worth the drive from Boston or Beverly and does not disappoint. They have a plan of treatment and recommend 2x weekly for 3-6 weeks depending on the condition. It is fairly busy clinic, appointments are best made a few weeks in advance. They are a cash or check only clinic, using a sliding scale from $30-50 based on income (per the community model through POCA model (see pocacoop.com to join or support the parent organization). There is always a separate receptionist and they are well run office with great phone coverage and communication.
