The doctors are great. That being said trying to contact this office for a refill or any other questions is a NIGHTMARE. I called for an entire week for a refill on medication. My pharmacy as well has sent out 3 requests for refill to no avail. Something really needs to change regarding the communication and the well being for patients. Horrible management.

I’ve called the office 4 times over the past 4 days to refill a prescription and I had to leave a message every time. I’ve been out of medication for nearly a week and no one has bothered to call me back. The telephone system doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone directly. I had my pharmacist reach out too but to no avail. I planned on actually driving to the office to get this resolved today but learned they are not open on Fridays. I’m very disappointed in the lack of support/services and the total disregard for my well being. I will likely seek a different dermatologist due to this.

This place is truly so amazing. The doctors and staff care so so much about their patients. Jessica Howie especially, I’ve been seeing her for over a year now & She’s by far my favorite doctor. Dr Wayne is also great and super caring! Everyone in this facility is nothing short of amazing and genuine. I’m very thankful for them, they’re ability to accommodate my needs as well as everyone else is nothing short of amazing!! Thank you for everything !
