The technician, Jaden, was friendly, efficient and on time. He explained everything he was doing for my HVAC service. I have the annual service plan and it's very affordable. I highly recommend NETR!

Had a great experience with NETR/SILA for maintenance (Manny) and cleaning (Terrence) of our mini splits. They were both incredibly professional and friendly. I feel relieved knowing all is well w our AC as we head into the summer! Cleaning was expensive but they helped explain what home maintenance I can do to extend the time in between needing another deep clean which I really appreciated.

Tony Rios came this morning to service my HVAC.........on time, and explained to me what and why he was doing during the visit; also gave me a heads-up on which filters to buy and explained how to avoid buying a product that was not efficient.
