I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and I truly can’t recommend Diego enough. Every session feels intentional, intuitive, and exactly what my body needs. Especially for my lower back, where I tend to hold the most tension, given how demanding my work can be on my body.
I consistently feel immediate relief, and the next day I wake up feeling lighter, looser, and noticeably less stiff. After every visit, my body feels more balanced, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. He always knows exactly where I need work and how much pressure to use. His level of skill, attention, and authentic care truly sets him apart.

10/10! I’ve had massages from both Tasha and Diego and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m an ex college athlete so I deal with some tightness as I keep up with my lifting/training schedule. I also have lots of neck/shoulder tension from working my 9-5 desk job. Tasha did an amazing job with the short slot I booked for - all the tensions melted away. Definitely will need to do a 90 minute session next time!
I have been regularly getting massages from Diego (MVB owner) for over 3 years. He has helped me out with pain from mild sport injuries time and time again. I can’t recommend him enough.
