Vinyl fence door was not properly installed. The vinyl compound was forgotten on initial installation, came back and fixed it. However, then a different part of the door post falls off months later and I can tell that no vinyl compound was added to that section either. He blames wind and now won’t respond to me. I have a dented door and broken post from it falling off from improper installation after paying over $600 between the door cost and labor. Jake knows how to do things well, but it’s obvious that he’s taking on a lot of jobs right now and some of his guys may not be up to par, and there is not enough oversight.
