I recently had my water heater replaced and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
What really stood out was the quality of the work. This wasn’t just a simple swap—they addressed an issue with the exhaust venting, brought everything up to current code, installed a new expansion tank, and made sure all plumbing connections were done cleanly and correctly. Tom from Hoffman and Kelley was amazing. He was professional and explained everything to me before he started and updated me as he finished. I’m truly grateful for the replacement of my sump pumps especially since more rain is on the way next week.
Hoffman and Kelly are FANTASTIC!! Very professional. Very responsive. They replaced a water heater. 10:00AM, Called. 3:00PM, Job 100% complete!! And excellent work!! 5 stars. The BEST!!
