I have been coming here for years: first when it was Ace Cleaners and then when the current owners took over. I want to be very clear that I've always been totally satisfied by everything done here, including the customer service. Writing this review makes me sad but I was so stunned by what happened this AM I felt I had to weigh in. I recently brought 6 cotton/linen curtain panels in for full dry cleaning/pressing. Cost was $108. Last week, I brought in 6 identical panels for IRONING ONLY. I made it very clear that the curtains had been washed at home, explained in depth why I'd done it and stated at least 3 times I wanted them pressed only, included just before I walked...read full review
