I cannot say enough good things about West Oil. Their team is all-around professional, kind, and extremely efficient.We have been using their oil delivery and service team for the past 18 months, and they are consistently excellent. When I called this morning because one of our heating zones was acting up, they had a technician out and the repair was completed in less then an hour and a half from the call. They keep detailed records of their work so they can provide the best service possible. I highly recommend them!

I'm a long time customer and I can't help noticing while gasoline which has to be refined to a higher level and additives added, and taxes paid price is steadily going down. But west oil heating oil isn't. After a long talk with the owner I now realize its's not there doing. As always the oil companies have us all under there control. West oil has always provided us with on time service. This whole situation is so frustrating.

West Oil has always been there for me! The staff is polite, courteous and professional. When I started with them years ago, the drive came and said he made a note to watch out for my flowers when filling..if that isn't a personal touch, I don't know what is! I highly recommend West Oil.

After 15 years I will never recommend West Oil again. I've done all my service with them and never questioned an invoice. After my last fill up my tank started leaking. I asked them for a price. They came and installed a magnetic patch and charged me $120 and gave me an estimate of $2,050, which is $400-$500 higher than other estimates. I asked about the high price and I was told if I dispose of old tank I could save $300. I asked about the $120 charge for 15 minutes and a $15 part and I was told there was no discount for that charge. I'm not looking for anything to free, but keep treating loyal customers like this and you won't survive. Time to move on. Very sad.
