“Our boiler started bellowing heavy black smoke out the chimney. We called in the morning on a recommendation of a friend. Clayton(service tech) showed up a little while later and discovered the previous tech from another company did not fully clean the furnace for two years as they had said they did and installed the completely wrong nozzle which was blasting fuel into the chamber causing heavy soot buildup, almost destroying the furnace. It ended up being more than what he expected but he got it done and done right!! Got our hot water fired back up the same day. Thank you!!”
