We had Brian out to inspect a house we are purchasing. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and went over every square foot of the property, inside and outside, pointing out things as he went. He was very patient answering questions from the 3 of us there with him. And the next day we get a detailed write up on everything he said. Highly recommended.

Thank you Brian for saving me and my family on a $1 million headache! As a first time homebuyer who’s interested in an investment property in Massachusetts, I’m clueless to the factors of what makes a house reliable, high quality, and worthy of spending all our savings on. Brian was a great inspector! He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us, as first time homebuyers it was incredibly helpful. He looked in every nook and cranny of the home and gave us recommendations for top priorities as well gave us feedback on more cosmetic changes we are considering. We so appreciated his time and flexibility. Not to mention, he was available last minute during the holiday weekend, which we really appreciated! We would recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and clear inspection.
