J Hockman pumped our septic. They have been doing it every 2 years. Reminders they send every 2 years is great. Service was completed on time without any issues and report was delivered shortly thereafter.
Been using their services for routine maintenance since moving to area, as well as for a more urgent service call that popped up recently. Thankful for their friendly, responsive, and professional service! Highly recommend!
Working with J is always great. He's reliable, friendly, and has helped ensure that our septic system stays in good operating order for many years. He even needed to do lots of extra work to remove a lid that was solidly frozen to the tank during a recent cold snap. He never complained. Highly recommended!
