LUMAÉ Skin and Bodyworks

Sarah Winkel Burke is an EXCEPTIONAL massage therapist- and I found her via word of mouth from my highly athletic friends about a year ago. I dawdled writing this review as I feel she’s a secret resource, but then I realized how very much I want to help her grow her entrepreneurial business! Sarah, honed from years of massage work and being an elite athlete herself, knows her craft. She can unkink any knot and work on problem areas to release them- for me this has ranged from Achilles heel strain to SI joint pain to tennis elbow. She’s also a warm, empathetic, lovely person. So if you want the best- check her out! (Just don't tell TOO many of your friends!! ;-))

I have been seeing Sarah for massages and facials for nearly 10 years and was so excited to see that she opened LUMAE. She is excellent at what she does and as an athlete herself is especially good with deep tissue massages to address specific concerns. LUMAE is a convenient and pleasant space and will continue to be my go to for spa services!

I had an amazing experience at Lumea Skin & Bodyworks! The calm atmosphere, relaxing music, and cozy warm blanket made it incredibly soothing from start to finish. Sarah provided excellent, attentive service and made me feel truly cared for.
