This has been a wonderful resource for our family. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and experienced. We have been most impressed with the highly personal experience—from my initial phone call to navigating changes in the schedule. The people who work here are both exceptionally organized and uniquely compassionate. We needed help on incredibly short notice, and Larry and his team were able to accommodate our needs with grace and expertise. The caregivers have assisted with meal preparation and clean-up, bathing, transportation and support at doctor’s appointments, and maintaining a constant watch to ensure safety. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Visiting Angels are angels. Amazing people with compassion, kindness and efficiency. They care so much and always do what they say they are going to do. The people in charge are wonderful and they make certain the care is superb. This is an agency that keeps its promise of wonderful care. They stay on top of their people and know what is going on. The caregivers they have are exceptional and the owners treat them with kindness and caring as they do the patients. One cannot go wrong using Visiting Angels.
The outstanding service I got in my first experience with Visiting Angels convinced me that I can count on it in the future. I needed someone at short notice to stay with my wife while I had to be away for a few hours. She needs care that I provide, which limits the amount of time she can be left alone. When I called Visiting Angels to see if they could help, Michael Albrecht assured me that he could meet my need.
