Brought my cat here for an emegency and everyone at the facility was so nice and helpful and attentive. He ended up having to stay overnight and they reached out to me with updates and let me know I could come by whenever to see him. It made me feel so relieved to know they were taking such good care of him. He ended up making a great recovery and I couldnt be more satisfied with the level of care he recieved. Thank you!

The staff here is INCREDIBLE! I feel terrible as I can’t remember the technicians names, but there were 2 younger women who helped me and my boy Tucker. They were so incredibly friendly and empathic! They took their time to let him warm up to him and explained what they were doing with the couple tests they and the vet had to do. They all made a very stressful situation as calming as it could be! The techs and the vets knowledge and confidence in the solution made me confident leaving there. And within 24 hours Tucker is already improving! I’m so grateful to everyone there! Even the sweet receptionist! She was so kind as well! Thank you VEG staff!!
