I have worked with Mark Friedman and Senior Helpers for several years as the Executive Director of a senior retirement community. Mark has alway been a great resource and is very knowledgeable about home care services for seniors and client needs. Senior Helpers has demonstrated that their caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and skilled at helping our residents stay independent in their homes or apartments. The staff is well trained , professional , courteous and kind . There is attention to detail when matching staff to clients, if a situation is not working well it is quickly remedied. We worked with Senior Helpers to provide supplemental care to my mom nights while she was in residential rehab. When she first arrived, she needed a lot of extra care and we weren’t comfortable leaving her alone. Senior Helpers scheduled a home health aid immediately, the first night we reached out, and gave us a lot of information about rehab and care in general that no-one else gave us. They were patient with us, answered all our questions, were very flexible, and very communicative.
