I booked an appointment at Salon De Cinzia before a wedding I had to attend last month, and honestly I was pretty nervous because I’ve had bad experiences at salons where the stylist completely ignored what I asked for. Thankfully, this place turned out to be the complete opposite.
From the moment I walked in, the salon felt warm and welcoming instead of overly trendy or intimidating. The front desk staff greeted me immediately, offered me coffee while I waited, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and professional at the same time. The salon itself was very clean, stylish, and had a calm energy that made the appointment enjoyable.

I had my first appointment with Irma today, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in a long time. She gave me a complete makeover cut and color and I absolutely LOVE the results. Irma is not only incredibly talented, but also so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through everything, from what she was doing to how I should care for my hair moving forward. I left feeling confident with a whole new routine to keep my hair healthier. Haven't been in for a while so my hair was in rough shape. Sopheap did an amazing job on my haircut! Feeling so fresh and healthy again, always in the best mood when im leaving. She listened to everything i wanted with keeping as much length as possible with getting rid of my dead ends and faded my layers in perfectly with my thick hair. Love it!!!
