I got a six-time hair removal package for the lip area from Groupon, and another package for under-arms in the store. She said that she could give me a better price if I can leave a good review on Google review and yelp, which I did not accept. The treatment is a failure, as I still need to shave my underarm every 2-3 days after five treatments. You ask me why 5 instead of 6? Because I cancelled one appointment due to my COVID symptoms and send her a text message five minutes past the appointment, and she said she cannot reschedule it because I did not show up. Mai is very knowledgeable. Explains procedure and what to expect after each treatment. I bought a Groupon 6 treatment for my lower legs. My 2nd treatment I broke out in a rash, I called her she told me what to do. I finished my 6 sessions, she explained that I might need another treatment. That was in January. It is now July, seeing her today for a clean up. Not bad for a woman that shaved every day. Each session we talk like we had just seen one another. Place is very clean. Easy to get to. Because I bought my package at the end of December I wanted to start my treatment in the beginning of January, however she postponed my appointment for a long time until January 23.
