When I started with GirlFit I was a few years into a saga with my leg that most medical professionals either did not take seriously, misdiagnosed, or diagnosed correctly but could not appropriately treat. I have seen multiple physical therapists -- Girl Fit is among the rare few that takes a nuanced personalized approach to your needs, doesn't send you off to do your exercises with lesser trained or barely experienced staff, incorporates foam rolling and other methods to release tight muscles in order to ensure the PT will be most effective. I've already recommended them to my cousin. I wish they were closer to my home -- but it's worth the drive to know I'm actually correcting my issue.
