I can’t find a word to thanks every single person in team that provided service to my mom in her last month of her long life. I feel so blessed that I found out about their service, they had been taking care of my mom in most humane and caring way that any provider can do, they even tried to learn even few words of our language to communicate with her and showing their love to her. If I didn’t have previous experience with another hospice service , might have thought first choice service was normal, but in compare with not professional services in past for my mom , I could judge how exceptionally the first choice service was. My grandmother & our entire family received Phenomenal care from the hospice team at First Choice Hospice. Hospice care was somthing that was very foreign for our family, but the moment we decided to transition to hospice care from the first phone call with Irina at First Choice Hospice to the very last visit from Nurse Practitioner Aaliyah when my grandmother passed we felt a major weight lifted and 100% supported every step of the way. First Choice Healthcare was an incredible support to my family while caring for my mother during hospice as she was dying of cancer.
Our nurse, Aaliyah, was exceptional- highly experienced and professional, but also kind, and genuinely caring. She treated my mother with dignity and brought comfort to our family during an extremely difficult time.
Dominika, who came five days a week to help care for my mother, was always on time, professional, friendly, and deeply compassionate. Her consistency and kindness meant more to us than words can express.
