Charles River Chiropractic offers excellent care and treatment. Dr. Grace and Ben are highly skilled chiropractors who take the time to understand each patient's needs and provide personalized plans for recovery. Patients have experienced significant improvements in their upper back, sprained back, and hip pain after receiving treatment from the dedicated professionals at this practice.
I cannot recommend Dr. Grace enough. When it comes to back and neck adjustments, he has an incredibly steady, gentle hand and a precise technique that immediately puts you at ease.
What truly sets him apart, though, is his deep understanding of broader anatomy. He doesn't just adjust you and send you on your way; he genuinely understands how the whole body connects. While it is strictly a chiropractic visit, he has an amazing ability to pinpoint the root cause of nagging injuries. For instance, he’s been incredibly helpful in guiding me through targeted stretches for a frozen shoulder and other stubborn areas to complement his adjustments.

I have been going to Ben for a couple of years and always leave in much better shape, from the adjustments and physical therapy training. I highly recommend this chiropractic center.
Dr. Grace is a fantastic chiropractor who has made a huge difference for me! He is very intuitive and seems to always identify my pain/discomfort right away, and works with me to identify the best treatment for the moment. He takes the time to not only adjust me, but also address muscle tension. I highly recommend him to anyone looking.
