I came to return of an online order. And also, the digital gift cards were not okay to use online. So I asked for physical cards instead. The staff never dealt with this issue before so it took them a while to figure. Giselle was very patient and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Love, love, love everyone at this location, and Deedee is THE BEST. I stopped in to pick up some skincare and talked with Deedee about what I was using, my skin, what I was looking for in products and she helped direct me towards what would be a good fit and give me the best results. She wasn't focused on selling me the most expensive items, she genuinely cared about my happiness and wanted to make sure I had what I needed and would work best. I picked up a few things and she happily gave me samples of things to try that I was on the fence about. All of the recommendations were outstanding, my skin looks great. Also, the store specific line, Lune & Aster, is fantastic!

I came in for eyebrow waxing and a facial. I was seen by Paula. She was awesome. She was very professional, patient and knowledgeable about skin care, not to mention her skin was flawless so i knew i was in good hands. My facial lasted a little under an hour , I came in from a stressful day and left feeling like a million bucks. My skin was so smooth and I had this amazing glow, not to mention she did my eyebrows and they finally are even now. My eyebrows look so good along with my facial.
