The staff, chiropractic care (different from a back adjustment), Blue Opel, Massage, Salt sauna, Beamer, and Softwave, to name a few, are upbeat, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it. I had deep tissue massage and Ruslan, he was excellent, especially in releasing tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. I appreciated the firm pressure in targeting specific knots, it was deep, focused and relaxing. The experience was incredibly healing.
