Just the most welcoming and calming office! I love love love my visits to Brittani for my injectables. She is so thorough in her consultation & explanation of what she is doing. I feel so relaxed with her, I was about to dose off for a nap while she was doing my Botox and filler. My results are always AMAZING and I feel so great when I leave! The girls at the front desk are so sweet & feel like friends. Highly recommend this practice!! They each answer all of my questions and truly feel valued as a patient. Thank you to Brittani and everyone on this team! Been getting nonstop compliments on how refreshed I look since I left Brittani’s chair!

Dr. Russo and his staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. I’ve only had one treatment so far, so it’s too early for me to comment on long-term results, but my initial experience was very positive. The office was well run, and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Looking forward to continuing treatment and seeing how things progress.

I’ve had such a great experience here. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely skilled. I see Brittani for my appointments and she is always so responsive and welcoming whenever I have questions between visits too. I feel like I’m in really good hands, and that goes a long way!

Dr. Russo is just as kind an accommodating as he is talented. I am two weeks post op lower facelift and you can barely tell. Im a little swollen but the incisions are already healing so well, I just look like me. I am back at work and feeling good, excited to see full results!

His team including Arlene at the front desk is exceptional and they go above and beyond to make you feel safe & heard.

got my first cosmetic procedure (undereye micro-needling & prp) from lauren and she was great! she calmed my nerves, was very knowledgable and kind and was quick with the procedure! i will def be back & have already recommended her to my friend looking for cosmetic work!

I had lost a lot of weight with the weight loss shots which was wonderful however I didn’t like the excess skin on or around my face, eyes and neck. Dr. Russo and his amazing team did a face lift, earlobe reduction, upper/lower eye and a brow lift. It’s barely been 2 weeks and I am so excited. I look like the me I was before I gained all the weight years ago.
Dr. Russo, Carmel, Rachel, Maddie, Joe, Victoria, Arlene, Erin, Dustin and all the support staff that help made such a difference. They were all so understanding, supportive and caring through the whole process. A team that works in such a seamless manner speaks highly for their commitment and dedication to their patient’s and the industry.

From the moment I walked in the front door, Arlene made me feel welcome and comfortable. She is incredibly sweet and took the time to carefully walk me through all of the paperwork and the fine print so everything was completely clear. Her attention to detail really put me at ease.

Dr. Russo is amazing. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or self-conscious about my body. He explained everything in detail before the surgery and again at my post-op appointment, so I always felt informed and confident about what to expect. His approach is very personalized and you can tell he truly listens to his patients.

Rachael, his nurse, is incredible. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and works so well with Dr. Russo. The fact that she has been with him for 8 years says a lot about the kind of practice this is.

In the surgery room, Joe the anesthesiologist, Carmin the surgical nurse, and Rachael were all so kind and reassuring. We were actually laughing together right before I was put under, which is amazing considering how nervous you can feel before a procedure. They made the whole experience feel lighthearted and supportive.

I truly can’t express enough how much I appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and compassion.

Even at my post-op appointment, I could already see a huge difference — I couldn’t believe it. I’m so excited to see the final results once the swelling goes down.

I was referred to them by my daughter-in-law, and even though it’s about a 1 hour and 20 minute drive each way, it didn’t bother me one bit because I knew I was in great hands.
