Exceptional service! This was my first visit to the store, but they were so incredibly helpful. Their selection of frames was great – lots of styles to choose from – from creative to contemporary and traditional. They where amazingly attentive to my needs as I tried on a whole range of frames – yet they still balanced the needs of existing customers who came in with smaller requests. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Jeff was great! I was hesitant at first, because the last time I got glasses (not from Focal Point!!) I went to two different places and neither of them got the glasses quite right. Jeff measured carefully, checked and rechecked his measurements, and my new glasses are perfect! The cost was higher than the discount places, but not outrageous. And the savings of a discount place isn't worth it if you can't see clearly.
