Running has always been my hobby and passion, I was part of my college athletics team and loved to be fast!For the past 10 years I've been a solo runner, on and off due to minor injuries that prevented me from running for a few weeks, impacting my running times. As much as I wanted and tried, I was not able to run faster…I met Mike through our kids' school. A year ago I decided to start training with him. The best workout routine I've ever done. Focuses on accountability, goal setting, healthy habits, and most importantly, balanced workouts that include elements of Pilates, strength, balance, coordination, plyometric, and aerobic training. Mike is a dynamic leader that changed my thinking about fitness for the better.
