I found Turco Legal and Amanda Gnau online for my divorce process. I was initially reluctant to go with a firm that I had never heard of. However, I had an awful experience with a prior lawyer I had hired who was referred to me -- allegedly strong in the courtroom, I found they had a condescending tone, had little attention to detail (ie. often had to resend questions that were missed in emails), was not very responsive, etc., and I knew I couldn't continue with them. Once I met Damian for an initial consult I immediately felt confident in the firm's professionalism and energy. I'm so grateful that Amanda was assigned to my case. She was meticulous every step of the way, very personable, and very responsive. My divorce was contentious and Amanda often went over and above to get a signed agreement for me. I was not at all surprised that during the course of working with her, she was promoted to senior attorney - it was well-deserved. I hired her once more for a contempt case against my ex and once again I experienced the same level of attention and care. There is nothing more valuable than being able to put your trust and confidence in a lawyer when you're going through something as difficult as a divorce.
