6 Stars!I went to my first yoga class at Repose on Saturday. It was a great experience. However, I just realized some time later that this session 'fixed' a painful hip muscle issue that I had for some time. You guys are awesome!!

I am new to yoga and this is the only yoga studio I've ever been to, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this is a great place for a newbie like me. I've attended about a dozen different classes with four different instructors and they've all been great. My favorite class is the Saturday morning "basics" with Gin, which was the class I started with. Every class is different and always a real workout for me. The ambient temperature at Repose is not especially hot, probably 68 or 70 degrees but it's amazing to me how much I sweat trying to do even the simplest poses. Invaluable! I love Repose! There are so many different teachers, and they each have incredible things to offer. I love Ashley's welcoming, peaceful invitations to relax while we strengthen and stretch not just our body but our mental holding as well, Marianne's gentle and thorough warmup to demanding balance poses, and Gin's fabulous stretches and detailed instruction in the subtleties of each pose. All of these women have brought me to my limits and left me feeling relaxed, open, and grateful. I can't wait to learn from the other teachers as well.
