Dr. Charles Nickou DDS - Newburyport Dental Care and Implant Center

I needed to get my teeth cleaned. They put me on a cancelation list and got me in. Cleaning went well. I need to go back and get the X-Rays completed as the machine went down during the process.

The people here are very nice and knowledgeable. In the past I’ve had very good experiences under the care of Dr. Nickou and his great staff. Today I had a great experience with the dentist woman ( DEE ) who I knew from previous experience with my son being under her care at another location. Dee did a great job cleaning and checking out my teeth. I was very relaxed while she did her job.The new doctor in charge of Newburyport Dental Care & Implant Center Dr. (Amy) Hiam Elias, D.M.D did a great job checking out my teeth.

My hygienist was great and I met the new doctor. I was surprised with her recommendation for a crown on a tooth that past dentists had been “watching.”’ The front office person quoted $1900 for the crown, my insurance won’t cover it. There was no offer of a payment plan.
