Of course I never got a response nor a refund. It has cost me $350 for these roots to be lightened. Plus tip. Which People like this take 30 minutes to make a costly mistake, and do not care at all even if it's just before a bride's big day. Hayley bragged about being a millennial whose job it is to care only about herself and how she won't ever have children because she drinks too much. I don't know why I didn't run. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake.

My hair looked absolutely amazing and my stylist was really great, but I felt bait-and-switched at the $30 upcharge for using a flatiron when I asked that my blow-dry include loose waves in my hair.If I had been told before it happened, I would have settled for flat hair and handled the waves on my own. For $80, I could have gotten my hair washed, cut, and styled. My blowout was not remotely worth that same cost. Likely won't return for this reason.Service: Blowouts
