I wasnt sure whatvto expect here but just to disclose, it is private every day but Mon and Tues and you can only play 9 holes which we didnt know till we arrived. Condition was 9/10 layout was okay. Almost every hole has an elevated green and is very hard to hold due to lightning fast greens. Walkable because its only 9 but your gonna be tired due to several very large hills. It was nice to play but not really my cup of tea.
