They offer diverse workouts, and even in group training, manage to tailor the workout just for you. What I love most is the welcoming environment they have created. This is manifested in the clientele they have fostered as well; you will never walk in and feel like you don’t belong. If you’re looking for a non-stuffy personal training experience, Liteweights is for you.
