Tonight was my first time taking a Restorative yoga class. Jeff lead this beautifully peaceful class, that relaxed & restored my mind & body. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My first yoga class ever. Jeff the instructor made me feel welcome and comfortable before class and was very attentive during class. I am extremely satisfied with Sangha and look forward to attending regularly.

I can't believe it has taken me this long to take a meditation class. I have always participated in small moments of meditation but never carved out time for it in my schedule and I am so grateful I did. Tonight's class has been so enlightening for me and exactly what I needed for me. As of today this will be a daily activity. Once again Jeff Costa, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to try new things, share new experiences and to grow my practice. 😘
