Sewer backup likely caused sewer line clog and resulted in fast services being needed. Response was immediate. Technician was absolutely stellar. Quick and effective service, advising me of every step he was taking and making sure I approved it. As worried about the cleanup as he was solving the problem. And, he did it all of it with a smile and terrific sense of humor which turned around an absolutely horrible day. Five stars are not enough for this tech.
Vivian was professional, very courteous, very clean, he was really amazing during a stressful situation. He explained everything and was very competent in his skills and knowledge and ability to explain to a non plumber! Thank you again
