Finally a plumbing store where I felt welcome… Very patient and helped out a great deal , got me the parts I needed and were very pleasant to chat with! Will be coming back!

I recently visited New Bedford Plumbing & Heating Supply, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I had some questions about finding the right fittings for my bathroom remodel and other miscellaneous house projects, and they took the time to walk me through the options, explaining the differences between various brands and installation methods. It’s clear they know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. They were also extremely efficient—ordering and pickup were seamless, and they had everything I needed in stock.
Staff was very helpful (and patient) with me in finding some fittings and pipe. Also gave me some advice and confidence to tackle the repair project myself. Saved me alot of money. Awesome family run type business.
