I used to live near this business and always wanted to check it out. I moved to a new home and needed to update the carpet in one room and finally had my chance. The customer service upon entering was spectacular. The woman who helped me was so patient and helpful and upfront. She sent me home with several samples and made me an appointment to have the room measured. Randy came out to measure and he was just as lovely. He helped me decide between my samples and was so friendly. I ordered my carpet after reviewing a few quotes and just had it installed. After visiting the Home Show at NB Vocational High School I was thrilled to learn I had won an area rug. When I went to the store to claim my prize I was amazed by the huge selection they offered and I was pleasantly surprised that I could choose from so many sizes and styles. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the whole experience. It was such a wonderful surprise and a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your generosity, I truly appreciate it!!

I cant say enough wonderful things about them. The customer service is above and beyond. Their rugs are the best quality around and their selection is a vast array of colors and styles that it is so hard to decide. I wish I had enough room in my house to get more than one, I kept changing my mind over and over as so many were my favorites.
