I am writing this review because I got in a car accident all the staff are very good Genesis Anna and the other woman there I forgot her name there all very nice dr h was very good to me the last 9 months I was he walked me through everything I was very nervous about if I was going to ever walk or have my back feel the same he started talking to me about what he was going do talked about everything the back cracking the neck I also used bench where you get stretched out on the table any ways I was very pleased with everything that man did to me I wound definitely go back to dr h I trust him with anything he recommended like the shot I was scared to get he convinced me to get it I am very happy with everything thank you Dr h for everything you did for me I feel amazing now thanks I remember her name was Carla very nice person alone with the rest of the there The other side the p t side there very good to mark and Jeff I think theee names are they are very nice and helpful they all definitely know what they are talking about and know how to properly describe and help on what is going on
I have to say I'm disappointed by my experience in trying a new chiropractor here. The chiro I had been seeing prior, I really liked, but my insurance changed, and unfortunately that meant she became out of network. I had specifically chosen to make an appointment with this chiropractic office because they mentioned that they treat carpal tunnel on their website. I made an appointment with Dr. Knowles. The office itself could use a bit of an update, but no big deal, it's New Bedford. I was surprised to learn after checking in that they offer a cash discount for high co-pays, like mine. However, my disappointment came my first time meeting Dr. Knowles, when I mentioned to her several times during our discussion, that my carpal tunnel pain was my biggest issue. She replied to me "that's not what we're treating". She only wanted to crack my neck, and my back a tiny bit, and then have me use a heating pad in this communal room across the hall, that honestly reminds me of a hospital. I did not feel any relief from my appointment whatsoever. Not only did I not get treatment for the main issue I was experiencing, but I had no relief in my neck/back which is the only places she "worked" on. It was a very rushed and hands-off experience compared to what I am used to. The chiropractor I had been working with prior to this, was extremely thorough, and incorporated a ton of stretching in addition to the adjustments. Which helps immensely!!! I honestly don't have any clue why they say they work with carpal tunnel if they don't. Don't waste your time like I did! I went back to my original chiro and pay out of pocket, because at least I know 100% I'm walking out of there with relief and a lot more movement!!!

Love Dr H. Such a nice gentleman. He is very friendly with amazing bedside manner. The PT guy Jeff equally awesome. You’ll be addicted to Dr. H. The helpers he has are sweet as pie. Carla is definitely my favorite. Thanks Dr H. See you soon
