Had a blocked sewer pipe, answered my calls personally, no answering service. Was there that day, as promised. Good price for service! Will highly recommend

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. today, at 9:30 I called and asked the estimated time the plumber would arrive. The man who answered the phone said in 20 minutes , he then asked "what's your problem". I told him the problem was I needed to be at work. He then stated it would be 20 minutes or more. I told him that was unacceptable but I would have to wait. An hour later just as I was calling Bannon Plumbing back the truck pulled up. I asked the man answering the phone if this was the plumber who just pulled up. He said yes. As I hung up the phone the truck left. I called Bannon Plumbing back, my call went to voice mail. Feeling as though my call was being avoided I used my cell phone to call...my called was then answered. I asked why the plumber drove off, I was told that they didn't like my attitude and because I said "unacceptable". I have never written a bad review about any business but I felt the need to warn people. When I told this man on the phone that I was going to write a review he told me to "go ahead". Nasty business to deal with ! Stay away ! There are plenty of good reliable customer friendly plumbers !
