I had a very positive experience with Advanced Electrolysis and Medical Laser. The staff members showed both their expertise through their professional conduct and their ability to create a comfortable atmosphere for me throughout the entire process. The treatment explanation included both clarifications of my questions and detailed information about what I should expect. The space maintained a clean appearance which created a friendly atmosphere and showed proper organization. Their high level of service which includes exceptional attention to detail deserves my deep appreciation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for safe and effective treatments.

As a Black woman, I feel compelled to dispute this review because it does not reflect my experience at all. My consultation was professional, informative, and respectful from start to finish. At no point did I experience racism, inappropriate language, or disrespectful remarks about skin tone. Discussions around darker skin tones were handled clinically and appropriately, as they should be in an aesthetic setting.
