First time customers. Brought my 3 year old in for her first haircut and my 8 year old son. Kelley and Ashley were warm, friendly, and efficient. They made my 3 year old feel at ease- she was so proud of herself. We came in on a Friday morning and were out in 30 minutes. Kids loved the lollies and treats at the end.
Had a good experience with Sue despite our 2 year old toddler getting quite upset at the beginning. She was incredibly patient with the meltdown and engaged with our little one throughout the experience. I thought the haircut was decent for a squirming toddler. I didn't feel like the haircut was rushed given we started a few minutes late, and we were starting to cut into her lunch time. Lots of toys around as well so we stayed behind after the haircut for the little one to play. Not many options available on Sundays so we were happy to have grab a last minute slot online.
We came here for my son's first haircut. He was seen by Taneisha who was incredible. She made him feel comfortable and made it fun for him and his big sister. All of the staff were super friendly and the environment of the salon is fun for children. To book an appointment, there is a sign up for a time slot online. You can only book the day of. If booked online, you cannot book days ahead of time. You can either see any stylist or choose a specific stylist. At the end of the haircut, my son and daughter were given a card that shoots out a prize. It was so fun for them! We will definitely be back!
