Second time here and everyone is so friendly, never feels rushed or chaotic and the work is excellent! The staff always makes sure to understand what you want and they make suggestions and work hard to make sure you’re satisfied.
Sadly felt the change under the new ownership. In the past I’d always felt warm and welcomed to this nail salon even bringing friends because I enjoyed it so much. Now upon entry, I did not feel welcomed, I get as if I was an inconvenience to the receptionist. She did not ask what color I’d like for a nail polish, only yelled for a tech to come and the tech ushered me to a chair, where in the past the owners would do that. While I was trying to get my pedicure I had a guy trying to offer me a chair massage, which I felt was very awkward. I love this place. Every technician is efficient, sweet, gentle, respectful and friendly. The most important thing is the energy of the team. I am happy to have those place as my go-to nail salon.
