I cannot imagine any private training club….could be better than PEX. They really care about their customers as well as their trainers . They change routines every time and every time we finish we always say that we can’t believe how great a workout we just had.
From the perspective of a small business owner and trainer, PEX has helped me to redefine my career in training. From the facilities to the management, everyone there is supportive in helping you succeed. There really is no other facility where trainers can find success to this standard. Mike leads by example as a trainer and gym owner. Not a big fan of the train full send guy tho.
I have been working out at PEX since December 2022, and Ally Hajar is amazing! Her classes are high energy and fun - you don’t realize you’re working out (until the good soreness you feel the next day). She has a solid handle on what her clients can manage from a weights perspective and pushes you in an encouraging way. She has also helped me with my nutrition, which is an added bonus! Ally is the best!!!
