I was very impressed with the front office staff. They were respectful, courteous and looked at me while I spoke. The doctor was thorough and made sure I understood everything she was explaining. She was also respectful courteous and looked me in the eye. Overall I was happy I did not go back to Warby Parker.

I went in needing somewhat complex adjustment/repair on glasses made somewhere else. Milan sat with me for 40 minutes fine-tuning the adjustments until I was satisfied and then refused to charge me at the end. Highly recommended.
