After a months-long slog through the blah, blech, and ugh, and before coming close to a compromise pair of glasses, I visited Optical Designs in West Roxbury, where I met Ronnie. He's patient, good-humored, and extraordinarily helpful in suggesting glasses (and never in a manner that made me feel beholden to like them!) The selection is terrific. I found glasses I love that fit perfectly. And the lenses are spot-on. Now, my even pickier husband is in the midst of getting his glasses and he finds Ronnie the best he's worked with. Highly recommend.

I broke my usual pair of glasses and my backups kept falling off my face. The woman who helped me couldn't have been nicer. She handed off my glasses (which were purchased at another store) to a colleague for an adjustment and made suggestions for fixing my regular pair. Outstanding.
