I wish I took a photo beforehand for reference, but I had worn out the soles of these heels to the point where I could see the foam, and the heel tips were so worn through you could see the metal. The sweet guys in this shop fixed them up SO well!! I thought I was going to have to buy a new pair but not anymore. I also asked for a plastic, lasting sole and it looks perfect on my So Kates. Will definetly come back.

I took my beloved jacket to Needham Shoe Repair to get the zipper fixed, and I’m thrilled with the outcome! They matched the new zipper flawlessly to the jacket. It looks and works like new again. I highly recommend them!
