My son had been trying to get fitted for contacts for a few years but wasn’t able to get them in on his own. Dr. Randy Goldman was patient and calm during the contact fitting and after about 45 minutes my son was able to complete the required process and is now able to wear contacts. This was above and beyond a regular appointment. Dr. Goldman could have easily sent my son off to the class with an assistant to learn the process. But he knew my son had not been successful before taking this class and also knew my son’s determination to wear contacts for sports due to previous conversations during regular eye exams. Thank you Dr. Goldman!

Walked out of my eye exam with Dr Goldman with a prescription, got immediate help choosing a pair of glasses, and walked out less than an hour later with my glasses and lenses. Excellent and friendly service!

I am visiting from Richmond VA. I have a 9 year old with glasses that are difficult to replace... Which of course means I travel with his older pair (never quite right once new frames and tweaked prescription are gotten used to)... And the frame breaks. Not a full break but enough that a remedy is required as we are traveling 10 more days. That's the back story... The fix is coming from my new relationship with Needham eye associates and in particular Ilana! She helped trouble shoot, ordered frames and even helped to work within a tight time frame! She is the most pleasant person and I certainly hope that she is recognized for her willingness to go above and beyond!... read full review
