I was visiting Boston for a short period of time and just happened to visit Impress Nail Salon and wow, Sharon and her team are amazing. They take customer service to a new level with their warmth and welcoming spirit. I tried the gel manicure and pedicures and will definitely revisit. The icing on the cake is the massage at the end - Sharon can start charging for the massage - it’s that good. Thank you Sharon and Alise. ??

I have been there twice. The place is very clean and I was very impressed for thier professionalism. I was very happy for the job they have done. All the staffs were very kind and nice. I would come back this salon.

Amazing experience at Impress! Personal touch, very relaxing atmosphere, everything squeaky clean (and fabulous touch for a kid’s pedicure chair, complete with lollipop) and great quality mani pedi! And shout out to Sharon the owner for dedication!
