I like how the staff is very professional and friendly, and they understanding about life situations. Their masseuses are professional, friendly, are good listeners and do a very good job.

I've had varying experiences here over the years from unpleasant to OK to great. This all depends on the staff at the time. My most recent visit was great so basing this review on that experience because this was my first visit in a few years.

All the staff at Elements are amazing, helpful, and fantastic to deal with. Every therapist we've worked with listens, understands, and addresses our concerns completely - especially Ernesto and Jimmy! At each session, they are bringing something new to the table (literally!) which tells us they are totally committed to improving their craft. We have been - and will continue to be - loyal customers!
