When my husband filed for divorce, I was surprised and overwhelmed by the process, but never more than upon learning how, although our son M is severely disabled, he’s an adult, and therefore not eligible to be part of any separation agreement. Maureen did a fantastic job helping me though a rough patch in my marriage. I so appreciated her low-intensity approach, her ability to “house” my troubles, and still let me hold the reins, and her compassionate, empathetic stance on my situation.
