I'm a huge fan of Pure Performance Training. Have been working with BJ Baker for 7+ years, both for physical therapy when needed as well as regular training. BJ and his colleagues are knowledgable top-notch professionals. Great team, great operation all around. highly recommended.

I have been working with B.J. Baker at Pure Performance Training for nearly two years, training with him three times a week for strength, balance, prehab and rehab, and soft tissue work. Although a latecomer to long-distance triathlon (Ironman and half-Ironman distance), I’m passionate about my training goals, despite some health challenges and a demanding full-time career.
